Daily Practice
1 hour of uninterrupted practice every day. In the early weeks, slightly longer as your system adjusts. Continuity is how the energy builds β missing days breaks the sequence.
The Full Container
8 weeks of live group initiation via Zoom, followed by 21 days of solo self-practice. This 11-week sequence locks in the activation and ensures your channels are fully integrated.
