At that time I was going through transitioning from one life period to another. I was at the position of one thing ending and another starting. I was anxious and overthinking about the struggles that might appear on my path moving forward. And these struggles were partly also related to self-worth and self-confidence. I was often worried and self-conscious. Also I was not feeling very grounded and centered in myself.

I was looking for ways to deal with these uncomfortable feelings and questions because I felt that there must be another way to manage them. I didn't want to feel so lost anymore and wanted to take more responsibility for my life.

It was tough in different aspects, but it was the kind of tough that I somehow believed that I will be able to come out on the other side being more experienced and having learned a lot along the way. I had trust that it all must be important for something. The most important aspect for me was the presence of community — either through the group video calls or just the knowing of us all doing it and going through the process at the same time, even though in completely different places around the world.

I am consciously taking more care of myself and especially of my emotional self. And also I am confident to trust that what comes for me is just the way it is supposed to come. I think it is already enough that you're even considering doing this — the rest is just to trust that hunch that suggested you to start this inner work.
